Rough Dog is a term used for dogs, specifically, who guard longpaw places as guard dogs. They are not unlike Fierce Dogs, but this term has only been applied to rottweilers.
Description[]
- These types of dogs are described as colossal stocky brutes, with glossy black and tan coats, square heads, blunt faces, white fangs, and thickly muscled necks.

- While searching for Forest, Storm catches an unfamiliar scent. She halts, and asks the other dogs what it is. Lucky, Arrow, and Bella smell it too, and Arrow takes a step away from the fence, his muzzle curling to display fangs, stating that the smell belongs to Rough Dogs. Bella and her littermate are both alarmed by this, but Storm doesn't know the word and asks about its meaning. Lucky explains that, he only had a single run-in with them, the encounter he remembers very little from except running. [1]
