Scout Dog

 

A Scout Dog is a dog with the duty of accompanying hunting parties. It is used as a method to aid hunters in detecting danger and potential prey. It is a rank exclusive to the Wild Pack. The rank is between hunter and patrol dog.

Background

A small, quick dog is needed for the position. The dog will keep watch for any dangers and guard prey so the hunters can find food.

Duties

The following are duties that must be performed by the Scout Dogs and are exclusive to that rank:

• Making sure that the Hunters are safe and that the area is clear of dangers.
• Guarding the food while the others look for more food.
