The Watch-Dog is the Spirit-Dog of Fierce Dogs. He is described as vicious, strong and fearsome.[3] He is said to rule The Sky-Dogs.[4]

A Pack Divided[]
During the Great Howl, Storm has a vision of a Spirit Dog that lives in her. She stops howling and so does Arrow. Storm thinks that Arrow saw the nameless Fierce Dog Spirit-Dog too.
The Watch-Dog is mentioned by Arrow. He says that the Fear-Dog could be the Watch Dog, because the members of Twitch's old Pack were saying how the Fear-Dog rules the Spirit Dogs. Arrow makes a connection saying how dogs at the Dog Garden said that Watch-Dog rules over the Spirit Dogs, like the Fear-Dog did.
The Final Battle[]
During Storm and Breeze's battle, Storm sees two large shadows, which turn out to be The Watch-Dog and The Fear-Dog. She wonders if Breeze can see them too, but Breeze doesn't notice the two large fighting shadows. After Breeze is defeated, Storm realizes that the two shadows were The Watch-Dog and The Fear-Dog, and they both had won their fight.
